What should I do for quick weight loss?

I have a friends wedding in two weeks and need to lose some belly fat quickly. I’m not bothered about keeping it off or long term weight loss so don’t warn me off fad diets or quick weight loss I just want to lose some weight for the photos and then I’ll go back to normal!

1. Jogging in early morning.
2. Some swimming.
3. Controlled diet.
4. No junk foods.

    only eat your carbs in the mornings

    like porridge or wholemeal toast, with fruit

    lunch= low fat salad avoid high fat cheeses

    Forevening meal= have steamed/roasted veg/stir fry with fish/chicken/quorne or any other low fat low carb protien

    plus 1hours exercising, if you don’t have equpiment try trying getting a good support bra and a skipping rope and also step up and down really fast on the bottom step or your stairs

    I’m a pretty lazy person, so my ideas are also lazy and require less exercise.
    1. wear a girdle
    2. tell the photographer to let you know which angle will capture your best side. ( u know, camera doesn’t have to add 10 pounds if u know how to make it work for you)

    For very quick weight loss, I would recommend Atkins. I did a vegetarian version of the Atkins diet for two weeks and lost around half a stone – and I wasn’t exactly overweight to begin with, just wanted to lose a bit of weight before a holiday.

    I wouldn’t recommend it as a long-term option (it’s a lot of hassle, can be expensive, and arguably not very good for your health) but as you’ve said you only need it to be a temporary solution, then I think it’s your best option. You can find out more about this diet by buying the Dr Atkins book (http://www.atkins.com/home.aspx).

    Basically it starts by cutting carbohydrates almost completely from your diet (I believe the starting amount is about 20g a day, which is an amount found naturally in lots of foods – absolutely no bread, potatoes, pasta, sugar, alcohol, etc…) and you gradually increase the amount until reaching a maintainable weight. But for a quick two week loss, stick to a very low carb diet, do as much exercise as you possibly can, and drink lots of water (at least two litres as day) and you’ll be super slender in time for your friend’s wedding.
