Quick Weight Loss Tips?
I was just recently pregnant and lost the baby during my second trimester. I have a full-time job and model on the side to make extra money and I’m ready to get back to the modeling. I have a shoot in less than a month and I need some tips on how to lose the extra weight quickly. I’m not looking for the obvious answers like "work out like crazy and eat less". I already know this. However, I do have a full-time job and can’t work out as much as I’d like to. I need to know real tips that work QUICKLY. I’ve lost most of the weight but I’m still having issues with feeling chubby and not as toned. Any suggestions?

i’m sorry to hear about your loss.
there is no way to lose weight quickly and keep the weight off…well no healthy way for that matter. i’m going say it and there is nothing you can do. EAT SMALL MEALS AND LOTS OF CARDIO!!!! there are 24 hours in a day and i’m sure you can easily squeeze 30 mins of cardio in somewhere. wake up 30 mins earlier, go to sleep 30 mins later. it has nothing to do with a busy schedule, but everything to do with willingness.
stay away from dietary drugs!! A lot of them are pulled from the shelves within the first 7 seven years of being FDA approved due to long-term side affects which in some cases can be fatal!!!

Drink WATER,WATER and more WATER!!!! Its one of the best things you can do.I lost 9 lbs just by drinking water instead of diet pop and other artificially sweetened drinks.I also took the green tea capsules.Thay are safe,all natural and I swear by them.

drink water before eating to help you to feel full.you will then have to sweet off the water.that can be done by mild exercise in a very warm room.just do`nt over do it.
