What are your secrets for losing weight fast anf keeping it off?

I need to lose 15 pounds fast. I need some advice! Thank you!

Drink plenty of water
have six small rather then three meals
donteat after 6pm

    Dont eat..just drink..run marathons everyday in the Sahara Desert

    Too extreme? You’ll just have to lose weight slowly!

    Proper, nutritionally-sound diet.
    Regular exercise several times a week.

    That’s it. Doing anything else is simply going to work temporarily and then you’ll gain the weight right back. I (and kept off!!) about 80lbs this way.

    Boost your metabolism by eating more and getting a good cardio exercise 30 minutes a day. Biking, Running and swimming are good. Make sure you eat fruits, vegetables, and meats and eat less carbs (bread, cereal, grains). Eat whole grains too.

    Running is great exercise for your legs and builds sexy muscles! Biking gets rid of celulite on thighs. Pullups and pushups get you muscles on your arms. Crunches-200 a day to lose it. If your abs hurt in next few days-great job! If not, work harder. Good luck!!♥
