I told myself 6 months ago that I was going to start eating right with no slacking off and hard cardio 6 days a week. I’ve slipped a few times because I went to a couple Phillies playoff games (drinking,eating percs) but I’m back on track and I look and feel great. If you want to look good and feel good bad enough,you will stay dedicated and commited. It’s a lifestyle change really. And when you reward your body, it rewards you 10 fold. Good luck too all trying to get fit and eat right.

true fact: diet …
true fact: diet soda is not good for u, just dont drink any sodas and if u do limit it or split the can in half.. half for lunch and half for dinner…verry awesome video everybody should follow this guys example.

An hours run is like 400-800 calories depending on your pace. he could definatly do 2000-3000 calories in 3 to 4 hours of ddr if he was playin songs which were fast. If you ever tried quick step you’d know you’d get tired pretty fast.

DANG! no disrespect but 250 to about 150…man thats impressive. And thanks man!!!!! and yes, so true about the diet soda and the video games that require u to move and of course the fast food, a lot of ppl know about that, but it’s addicting..so yeah. but i have to say, “i eat less, cuz my stomach shrank” lol that made me crack up..who asked that anyways? lol well, thanks and also if i may say, it’s really awesome when u do some thing that burns fat and u dont even know about it.thanks!

Some of the comments on here r BS. Theres not enough space on here 2 explain it all, but what ppl need 2 realize is that EVERYONE is different. Theres diff body types, sex, age, etc that make BIG differences in how you should eat. Sure there r some fundamentals that apply in general, but not many. What works 4 this young kid isnt going 2 work 4 every1 reading this. Customized nutrition and exercise routines is the way to go. Thats the only thing that worked for me after years of struggling.

if u dont drink soda at all it will be faster and do exercise (dance revolution is good as-well)

orr to lose weight …
orr to lose weight even faster:
1) drink water / fresh orange juice instead of ANY sodas at all.
2) turn yourself off sweet things altogether by not putting aything on those oats – you dont need sweetners, just man up and eat the oats.
3) DDR is a good idea, although running for 30mins a day is just as good.
4) Eat 3 meals a day and thats it. NO SNACKS. Again, you don’t need them, if you feel hungry eat an apple or a banana and wait until the next meal.
