mm… not quite i think. because on a cold winter day the body would stop burning calories so that it has them in case of an upcoming extreme situation without food, (if u know what i mean, sorry for my english) so technically it would burn more calories in a hot day.

Drinking cold water …
Drinking cold water burns calories, huh? That must be because the body tries to regulate its internet temperature at a constant level. Drinking cold water lowers the body’s temperature, so the body must burn fat to compensate.
So would this also indicate that your body burns more calories by spending an hour outside on a freezing cold winter day, than spening an hour in the heat of a summer day?

You listed some of the healthiest and nutrient-rich foods in existence! Raw spinach! Raw brocolli! These are ‘super’ foods! I’d be interested to know just what food you consider to be rich in nutrients. By the way, the #1 most nutrient rich food is, surprisingly, wheat grass. It contains ALL vitamins known to science and over 90% of minerals known.

People can bash on this “theory” but it worked for me, or Jesus gave me magical weight loss powers. I froze my drinks, ate whole wheat, chicken among other things. 2 weeks I went from 194 to 183. If any1 wants to know anymore message me. It’s good to have help

Ok, i think its a shame that people have to call liz stupid for having an opinion…really just pay attention to what she’s saying…
She’s not saying that there is some magical food that will burn all of ur fat away…that would be false.
What she is saying is that there are foods that are so low in calories that they add almost no calories to ur daily intake. This means that if u eat alot of these foods as part of a healthy diet u’ll take in far fewer calories and still feel full!
