Is it true that depending on your body type not all diets work for you?

For example: Green tea may work for you but not for me, how do I know what diet works better for my body type?

    Absolutely. Everyone is different and every body is different.

    What I use in my practice is called an oxidizing test. This will tell you how your body handles carbs, proteins and fats. It will give you a jumping point that you can start from and fine tune to the needs of your specific body.

    As for the green tea and supplements, simple muscle testing will tell you if a supplement is in your highest benefit and if it will work for you.
