The true key to losing weight is to have equilibrium between what you eat and how often you exercise. Calories are essential to the body and cannot be neglected to lose weight. The average women needs 2000 calories a day, and the average man needs about 2400 a day. Just don’t exceed your daily allowance and you’ll be off to a good start. Also exercise, and keep on exercising. you should walk, jog, work out, or any other form of activity for at least 20-30 minutes everyday or every other day. Instead of driving everywhere, next time take a walk. Not only is it 100% free of cost but it will also benefit your diet or plan to stay healthy. The last key component is to eat foods that are high in protein, low in fats, and moderate in carbohydrates. Carbs and protein are two of the 4 main nutrients that builds and strengthens muscle. Oh, and get lots of support. Most people that try to diet without support will relapse. Good luck I hope the best for you.
