How would someone get rid of excess body fat after weight loss?

after losing alot of weight my best friend needs to firm up. Especially her stomach. She has lost alot of weight and would look amazing if she did not have that "hanging" stomach. Is it possible to get rid of it all together or should she do lypo?

yes it’s definitely possible. i went through the same thing. all she has to do is be dedicated. working out and a healthy diet. Crunches, running, leg lifts should help her with her stomach and legs. She should also do a few reps of lifting with 5 pound weights. Don’t exceed 5 pounds though because the 5 pounds should give her enough muscle for her arm to be firm but not too muscley.

I’m not like over weight, but I really want to lose at least ten pounds. I don’t eat all that bad. I’m 20 so the main problem is eating out and eating too much. I have like zero will power. Have any tricks or diets that might help? Thanks!

Green Tea for Weight Loss Results

Green tea has had a lot of press lately. Everywhere you turn, you can find websites promoting the benefits of green tea for weight loss. You may be wondering just how a tea could have anything to do with weight loss.

Understanding the relationship between green tea and weight loss has a lot to do with the ubstances in the tea and how they affect the body.

Polyphenol

The polyphenol concentration in green tea is one of the reasons for its reputation in weight loss. Polyphenol first came to light when the effects of red wine on cholesterol levels were studied. Similar in effect are the polyphenol found in green tea. Recent studies published in the European Journal of Clinical nutrition was conducted by Keiichi Abe, from the Institute for Health Care Science and included various other scientists.

The researchers chose 12 healthy adults, separated into two groups. One group was then given 38 g of fat from potato chips, plus 750 ml of either placebo or polyphenol enriched tea. Over the course of the study blood levels were measured and fecal samples taken. At the end of the research, it was found that cholesterol excretions were nearly five times as high in the green tea extract group.

Catechins

This antioxidant is present in tea, chocolate, and red wine. The health benefits that have been discovered are many. Including but not limited to:

• Reduce the risks of the big four; heart failure, stroke, cancer and diabetes.
• Catechin in green tea have been shown to have antibiotic properties
• Inhibit the absorption of glucose into fat cells

Appetite Suppression

When it comes to weight loss the appetite often works against your best attempts to maintain a healthy diet. Thanks to a study done at the University of Chicago found in lab, studies that green tea extracts had a significant impact on appetite. They injected rats with extract and found an amazing drop in appetite. The rats consumed 60% less food than they normally did. In addition, they dropped 21% of their body weight after undergoing injections for seven days.

A weight loss for women?

My best guy friend is taking a male supplement called Testoripped and has seen amazing results… weight loss and awesome muscle definition and gain…

I was wondering if anyone knows of any female supplements that are comparable to this, either specific products or vitamin type stuff. I know many are just a rip off.

I work out 5 days a week and was wondering if there is anything for women to aid in weight loss/getting in shape. Like I said I work out and eat a healthy balanced diet.

people shouldnt depend on meds to lose weight
i mean, weight lost with wil power and effort is probably going to stay lost while the weight lost with no effort except swallowing a pill will be gained again since you will be careless since you know that you still have the pills which your body will probably get used to in a while and will start to have no effect
anyways just keep working out and eat healthy is my suggestion
