I have a family reunion in 3 weeks and I want to lose weight before I go.
6 mini-meals:
1. Cheerios, 1% milk, fruit
2. Carrot & celery sticks, a couple of crackers, juice
3. Tuna on lettuce & tomatoes, with only lemon, iced green tea

4. Non-fat yogurt, juice
5. Broiled chicken breast, 2 veggies, tea or juice
6. Whole-grain toast, 1% milk (or Chamomile tea)
Be sure to walk outdoors for minimum 15 minutes every morning and evening–lunchtime if you can, too.

after losing alot of weight my best friend needs to firm up. Especially her stomach. She has lost alot of weight and would look amazing if she did not have that "hanging" stomach. Is it possible to get rid of it all together or should she do lypo?
yes it’s definitely possible. i went through the same thing. all she has to do is be dedicated. working out and a healthy diet. Crunches, running, leg lifts should help her with her stomach and legs. She should also do a few reps of lifting with 5 pound weights. Don’t exceed 5 pounds though because the 5 pounds should give her enough muscle for her arm to be firm but not too muscley.![]()

im 160 pounds

i want to lose weight the healthy way.
will following a 1200 calorie diet of fruits, veggies, whol grains, and non fat dairy..
PLUS
cardio for 40 minutes 5 days a week..
result in weight loss that won’t plateau right away.
they sure do! i used to be like 140lbs, 5′7. now i’m 110lbs, 5′7. If you just eat a ton of fruits and vegetables, you’ll feel full and still be getting good nutrition… but you won’t have all the needless calories in sugary cereals etc.
so stick to fruits and vegetables!

For a male between the age of 16-18
I’m 16 almost 17 and I have been working out about 3-4times a week and I just want to know what pill or supplment will help increase my metabolism or help lose the fat not muscle…
Keep doing your work outs. You got to at least do some warm up exercises before you get into any heavy stuff. Let your body muscles get used to the exercises. If you are unable to focus, then just stick to some simple exercises to make yourself flexible. First get your fats out of your body. For that I’d recommend any good diet pill like phentramin-d.
